WHEREAS, on 09 September 2023, Saturday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 55^th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 09 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais.
