DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN JUAN



WHEREAS, on 30 August 2023, Wednesday, the City of San Juan will mark the commemoration of Pinaglabanan Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Juan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 30 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Juan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
