WHEREAS, on 16 January 2024, Tuesday, the City of Batangas will mark the celebration of its city fiesta, a day the residents come together to celebrate their heritage and their shared identity as Batangue os;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
