WHEREAS, on 03 February 2024, Saturday, the City of Bi an, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 79^th Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bi an be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 03 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bi an.
