WHEREAS, on 27 March 2024, Wednesday, the City of Las Pi as will mark the celebration of its 117^th Founding Anniversary and 27^th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Las Pi as be given full opportunity to participate in the foregoing occasions and enjoy their celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Las Pi as.
