WHEREAS, on 11 May 2024, Saturday, the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 344th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aparri be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 11 May 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
