WHEREAS, on 15 May 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon will mark the celebration of the Araw ng mga Magsasaka at Ara a at Baluarte Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 May 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
