WHEREAS, the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary on 14 July 2024, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Guihulngan to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 15 July 2024, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 14 July 2024;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 15 July 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental.
