WHEREAS, on 01 August 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao de Oro will mark the celebration of its 76^th Founding Anniversary and the 18^th Buganihan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 01 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao de Or.
