WHEREAS, on 02 August 2024, Friday, the City of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 27^th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 02 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental.
