WHEREAS, on 15 August 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Viga;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Viga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 15 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Viga, Province of Catanduanes.
