WHEREAS, on 27 August 2024, Tuesday, the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 410^th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Minalin be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 August 2024, a specil (non-working) day in the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga.
