WHEREAS, on 30 August 2024, Friday, the Municipality of Isulan, Provinc of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its 67^th Founding Anniversary and the 11^th Hamungaya Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 30 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
