WHEREAS, on 03 September 2024, Tuesday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of its 56^th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 03 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
