WHEREAS, on 18 September 2024, Wednesday, the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its 24^th Cityhood Anniversary and the Talakudong Festival 2024;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday,18 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
