WHEREAS, on 05 October 2024, Saturday, the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur will mark the celebration of its 140th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santa Cruz be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 05 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
