WHEREAS, on 14 October 2024, Monday, the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 75^th Founding Anniversary and the 23^rd Itik Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Victoria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 14 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Laguna.
