WHEREAS, on 23 October 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur will mark the celebration of the Aldaw Ti Wayawaya-Ili A Narvacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur.
