WHEREAS, Maria Aurora Aragon Quezon, the first daughter of President Manuel L. Quezon and Aurora Aragon Quezon was born on 23 September 1919;

WHEREAS, on 23 September 2024, Monday, the Municipality of Maria Aurora will commemorate the birth anniversary of Maria Aurora Aragon Quezon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Maria Aurora be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 23 September 2024, a special working day in the Municipality of Maria Aurora, Province of Aurora.
