WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of North Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 71st Founding Anniversary on 20 October 2024, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Pigcawayan requested that 21 October 2024, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 20 OCtober 2024;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 21 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of North Cotabato.
