WHEREAS, on 26 October 2024, Saturday, the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of the Tigtigan Keng Dalan Festival, a celebration of the city's recovery from the Mt. Pinatubo eruption in June 1991;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Angeles  be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 26 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga.
