Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Municipal District of Santa Praxedes, formerly Langañgan, in the Province of Cagayan, is hereby converted into a regular municipality, to foe known as the Municipality of Santa Praxedes.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
