Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The names of the following schools in the Municipality of Tuy, Province of Batangas, are changed as follows:

(a) Tuy Elementary School to Don Gregorio Paradero Elementary School;
(b) Putol-Guinhawa Elementary School to Don Jose Zabarte, Sr. Elementary School;
(c) Malibu Elementary School to Don Santiago de Guzman Elementary School; and
(d) Mataywanak Barrio School to Dona Josefa A. de Guzman Elementary School.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
