WHEREAS, Sugar Order No. 4, Series of 2008-2009 suspended the verification of œA  quedans;

WHEREAS, there is a need to account the whereabouts of outstanding Crop Year 2008-2009 œA  sugar quedans, and ascertain the available volume of the same for inventory management;

WHEREAS, requests for verification were received from œA  sugar quedan holders;

NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) the following is hereby ordered:

SECTION 1. Verification of œA . The suspension of verification of œA  sugar quedans declared in Section 1 of Sugar Order No. 4, Series of 2008-2009 is hereby lifted.

SECTION 2. Coverage. This verification shall cover œA  sugar quedans issued in Crop Year 2008-2009. All other œA  sugar quedans declared œHOMELESS  under Sugar Order No. 6, Series of 2007-2008 and similar sugar orders are not eligible for verification under this order.

SECTION 3. This Sugar Order takes effect immediately.

SECTION 4. Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Sugar Order is hereby revised, modified or revoked.
