[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5536, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION JOF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Antique, is further amended to read as "follows: "Antique, three assistant provincial fiscal;"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
